Updated: Sep 3, 2020

In our day to day lives, we face many challenges and situations which can make us uncomfortable or affect our mood. When we fail to achieve something, when we fight with someone or if we lose something. While on the other hand, some days are sad. You feel low because of no reason at all, you just want to stay alone and start thinking about everything bad that is going on in your life. One thought leads to many other thoughts that can bring us down, we stoop to a level where we feel like a loser.

During this time, whatever people say to make you happy, you just can’t focus on their words. Now two things happen: One, you will not understand what others are saying because your thoughts are too strong. Negative emotions have a weird but strong power to trap us into them.
