About

As the founder of Aremas and a Clinical Psychologist, I am passionate about creating a space where individuality is celebrated and where sharing experiences can lead to healing, learning, and growth. My journey with Aremas began during my master’s, with a vision to connect people with authentic support and holistic care.

With extensive experience working in renowned hospitals and alongside professionals, I have honed my skills in providing tailored, integrative therapy that addresses emotional, mental, and relational well-being. I draw on evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies, while also integrating holistic methods to meet each person’s unique needs.

At the heart of my practice is the belief in building strong, positive therapeutic relationships. I strive to create a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where individuals, couples, and families can explore their challenges openly. My focus lies in helping clients uncover inner strengths, develop emotional regulation, build resilience, and find healthier ways of coping with life’s demands.

Beyond my clinical work, I remain deeply engaged in psychological research, with several publications that keep me aligned with evolving practices. In every session, my goal is not only to support you through difficulties but also to empower you with tools that nurture long-term growth and well-being.

Remember, you don’t have to walk this journey alone — I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.
