Service Description
During a therapeutic process, you learn tools needed to handle challenging situations that might be stressors. Without a solid after care plan, you won't know how to apply what you've learned in treatment for a successful outcome. This plan will support and prepare your for roadblocks, temptations and challenges you might face in recovery.
