At AREMAS, you’ll work with Mishti Kapoor, a Counselling Psychologist offering Individual and Couples Counselling. With a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and training under experienced professionals across mental health settings, you are supported in a space that feels safe, authentic, and non-judgmental. Therapy here is not about fixing you, but about helping you explore who you are, at your own pace. You are invited to begin a therapeutic journey that prioritises comfort, honesty, and meaningful growth. *Plan validity: 4-session plans are valid for 8 weeks. 7-session plans are valid for 12 weeks.
